Before you try any of these tricks know that you WILL FALL so wear your pads and don't blame me when you fall
360's
1) head toward the ramp at a moderate speed
2) when you hit the lip start to turn your head and hips which ever way you feel comfortable turning where your head goes you go
3) it is easy for some and hard for others just try it

X-up
1) roll at a moderate pace
2) start off by just  turning the bars then make your way to turning the bars 180 degrees where your arms make an "X"
3) make sure you turn the bars back all the way so you don't  get messed up

No-Hander
1) roll at the ramp at a moderate pace
2) as you hit the lip grip the seat with your legs (if you want start to tuck the bars into your gut
3) remove your hands the bike will start to lean to a side when this happens grab on again
4) when you get used to it you will be able to put your hands behind your back with ease

One-hander
1) roll at the ramp at a moderate pace
2) just as you reach the peak of your start by just releasing the grip (the bike will lean to one side) then pulling your hand away
3) as you get used to it you will want to do no-handers (above)
Barspins
1) this trick will work on almost any jump
2) it would be good if you knew how to do a no-hander but it is not a big thimg if you don't how
3) before you reach the peak of your jump grip the seat with your legs
4) now throw the bars around and if you know the bars are not going to make it don't stay on  BAIL!!!
