begin at a pace comfortable for you now sharply pull up and shift your weight back your weight will keep the wheel up now you can do anything in that postion: stall, go foward, G-turn, hop
roll at a moderate pace ( not to fast or you will go over the bars) now SLAM on the brakes and push forward the back tire will come up this is a very easy trick but it took me awhile probably coz my bike is 3/8 my weight
